Turnkey Finishing & Processing (Single-Source Logistics)

To provide our clients with a streamlined supply chain, we manage all secondary processing through our network of fully certified, NADCAP-accredited partners. We maintain complete custody and quality oversight from raw stock to finished, treated part.

  • Anodizing & Coating: Type II Commercial Anodize, Type III Hardcoat, Chromate Conversion (Chem Film/Alodine)

  • Surface Treatments: Passivation, Black Oxide, Bead Blasting, and Electroplating

  • Thermal Processing: Heat Treating, Stress Relieving, and Annealing

  • Brazing: High-precision, controlled-atmosphere joining of similar and dissimilar metals to produce high-strength, leak-tight joints for critical aerospace and defense applications.

Quality Assurance & Material Traceability

We understand that documentation is just as critical as the physical part. Our quality control processes ensure total compliance with defense and aerospace procurement standards.

  • Material Certifications: Full Mill Test Reports (MTRs) and Certificates of Conformance (C of C) are maintained and provided with every shipment.

  • Traceability: Strict raw material lot segregation, serialization, and heat-lot traceability from intake to final delivery.

  • Blanket Order Management: Our 12,000 sq. ft. facility features dedicated storage to support long-term blanket orders, ensuring just-in-time delivery for high-volume contracts.
